There is another block of rooms set up for the Neptune tournament as the first hotel block is sold out. The information is as follows:

The rate is $79/night and includes breakfast. This hotel is in close proximity to La Quinta where the original block of rooms was booked. Please contact the hotel directly and ask for a room in the FIRM AC block. I am able to block only ten rooms at a time and the block will expire on March 17, 2010. After this date, the rooms will not be guaranteed and the group rate will not be honored. Reservations must be canceled by 6pm the day of check in or your credit card will be charged. There are several teams that are still in need of rooms so if you contact the hotel and are told that the block is booked, please let me know so that I can book additional blocks as needed. Additionally, La Quinta had approximately 10 rooms still available in the hotel. The rooms that are still available are rooms with only a king bed in them. If this type room works for anyone, they would be happy to accommodate you there as well...again tell them you are traveling with FIRM AC. The number for La Quinta is (732)403-8700.

I have reserved a block of rooms at La Quinta Inn and Suites, 109 Route 36, W. Long Branch, NJ for checking in on Fri, 3/26 for two nights. Rooms (2 double beds) are $79 per night and this rate includes breakfast. There are 2 room suites (one king bed and one pull out sofa) availabe for $99/night. There is a pool and fitness room. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from the gym (Rebounds 1930 Heck Ave, Building 3, Neptune, NJ) and close to a mall and various restaurants.
Please contact the hotel directly at (732) 403-8700 to reserve your room. Ask for a room in the FIRM AC block. You will need a credit card to reserve your room. Rooms are being held until 03/07/10and then will be subject to availability and the group rate will not be honored. If you need to cancel your room after booking for any reason, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior or your credit card will be charged.
This is a large tournament and many of the FIRM AC teams attend. Please book early to ensure room availability.
